This course, taught by faculty from multiple disciplines, is designed to provide the necessary tools for health care professionals to successfully assess and care for the older adult as a team.  It involves the interprofessional study of the treatment of common geriatric conditions in multiple care settings and across the care continuum. Note: this course meets the Elective requirement for the HSC IPE Honors Certification program.

This is a hybrid course with both in-person and asynchronous course requirements.

Meets 9 am – 4 pm on two weekends February 21st and 22nd and April 11th and 12th, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
